In the study is examined the inheritance of two quantity traits: flower color and leaf shape in chickpea. The investigation is carried out in the field of Dobroudja Agricultural Institute, General Toshevo for the period 1996-2003. For revealing the way of inheritance of the flower color are used parents with violet and white flowers. Parent forms with normal and simple leaves are used to determine the mode of leaf shape inheritance. The chi-square test is used to test the goodness of fit to different genetics ratios. The investigation reveals that the two traits are governed by single genes. The violet flowers and normal leaves are dominant over the white flowers and simple leaves, respectively.
