It is investigated the relationship between “the chemical structure – herbicidal and growthregulating activity” of the new metal coordination compounds

MLn(NCS)n,

where L is 2,2'-diaminobiphenyl, n can be 2 or 3 and M can be Mn2+, Co2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Hg2+ and Fe3+.
All tested compounds were manifested high stimulating activity predominantly in respect to the monocotyledonous plant wheat and mainly at the low concentrations 10-5 and 10-6 M. Some of the compounds are of good perspective as stimulating agents in the monocotyledonous cultures and predominantly to the wheat.
