The effect of ultrasound treatment with a frequency of 22 kHz and a power of 150 W on the germinating energy and germination of carrot seeds (Daucus carota L.), cv. Nantes has been studied. The absorption spectrum of the seed extract has been measured and its dependence on the exposure, as well as the dependencies of germinating energy and germination on exposure have been determined.
